Apartment was disgusting. Balls of hair in multiple places. Couldn’t walk around w/o shoes as the floors obviously hadn’t been mopped in forever. Multiple wet carpet spots that the host didn’t respond to. Door handles and surfaces felt sticky and dirty. Shower curtain in 1 bath didn’t go down to floor so water got everywhere and not 1 extra towel to clean it up. 5 cheap towels and 2 washcloths for a place that “sleeps” 5. Couch that doesn’t pull out to a bed with no pillow or linens is what they consider 1 of the sleeping spots. Reached out to host on first night there and although he offered to have someone come clean the place the following day, I didn’t trust whoever cleans this apartment to come in with all of our belongs there as they obviously are not reliable. I expected it to be cleaned before we arrived not after staying there for 24 hours. Refused a refund for 2nd night and gave no other options. Gym is gross too. Treadmills look like they have dirt and grim from many years. Homeless people sitting right outside the entrance at night when trying to go in. Very difficult to find a place to park and not in a safe part of the city to be walking blocks at night. Do NOT recommend this place at all. We felt disgusting the entire time we were there. We learned it was our mistake for booking a place that didn’t have reviews at all. When you check out and try to leave 1 star, it won’t submit. Have to specifically log in to make a bad review.
