My family had an amazing stay parking was difficult at first finding parking, but after it was easy the building was be Positive: Its was great! Negative: Trying to find the door to get in.

Overall good, parking was rough Positive: My family and I stayed here for one night. It was overall great! Seemed like a very clean place to live. We loved the view, however definitely had some difficulty finding parking with it being right next to UAB. It was even harder finding FREE parking. They want money on every curb! There was a lot across the street for the building, but it required a permit. Otherwise check-in was smooth sailing and we had a good time. Responsive host !

Great location and great price! Positive: Host was very communicative, location and price were perfect for our needs, was clean and felt safe, comfortable beds. We were able to find free parking on the street about two blocks away for two cars overnight. Would return. Negative: The amenities are very basic (no hand soap in the bathroom), wine glasses were plastic. One bedroom didn't have a TV. We did notice a fair amount of noise bleedover from above and below in the night, which was a bit disruptive to sleep.

We had a great time and never left the property. Positive: The property was really nice. We loved the rooftop!! Negative: The parking garage had a horrible stench from the trash.
