We would recommend people to stay here for a city break. Was great for us!
Positive: It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The apartment is comfortable for 2 people and we had a great time in Cebu City staying here: it was a safe area for 2 twenty year old girls
Negative: The shower could have been a bit nicer as it spurts in different directions but we didn’t mind to much.

Great location and host, enjoyed the stay in Evergreen Heaven Studio.
Positive: Potable water dispenser is a great addition to the amenities, no need to buy water in a store. Coffee hot brew machine with available grounded coffee. Super responsive host, and detailed instructions on how to use amenities.
Negative: A bit hard mattress, but probably in demand among Asian visitors. Would be good to have a steam iron, instead of a basic one that is available.
